Grief in the Workplace Leadership Seminars

Open Media Kit for More...

The Grief in the Workplace Leadership Seminars coach the leaders of individual organizations in mitigating the collective hidden loss of over $100 Billion in Annual Revenue caused by grief's influence to the workforce. The comprehensive instruction provides awareness, understanding, and supportive personnel response actions when an employee has experienced the unfortunate death of a loved one. Although Grief in the Workplace Leadership Seminars discuss the impacts from many possible emotional issues of a bereaved employee, there is no intent in the coaching for business leaders to become mental health professionals. However, grief will come to work, and those leaders charged with overseeing the bereaved employee should possess the successful and effective concepts offered in the workshop sessions. Doing so will not just mitigate the potential for productivity and revenue loss, but compassionately support the employee, as well as the community.

R. Glenn Kelly is an engaging, dynamic and inspirational speaker. His high energy, expertise in grief and bereavement, as well as his personal experience as a grieving father and business executive are the perfect ways to bring insight and management techniques for mitigating the hidden revenue costs from grief and personal crisis in the workplace. He is an experienced Keynote Speaker and Workshop Presenter, mixing his own loss experience with knowledge and humor to help leaders become aware that the bereaved do not "Just Get over It." R. Glenn imparts the experience of being a former business executive and a bereaved father to provide awareness that grief is not just about the loss of a loved one. Employees can also experience profound grief after an unwanted divorce, a major change to personal health, a grown child leaving the nest, and along with so many other worksite events, the death of a co-worker or company leader. Each of these can have a negative influence on work, productivity, and the bottom line.

R. Glenn has been "through the fire" of traumatic loss. His mission now is to inspire hope and healing through the experience and expertise gained after the passing of his son, Jonathan. He seeks to have others embrace the understanding that the loss of a loved one will impact a bereaved soul at home and at work. With support on the job, the griever can better move forward in the healthy healing processes. R. Glenn will inspire your leaders to build trusting relationships, decrease costs and injuries, and increase productivity through his motivational Grief in the Workplace Leadership Seminars.

GRIEF IN THE WORKPLACE
RECOVER HIDDEN REVENUE AND PRODUCTIVITY LOSS DRIVEN BY EMPLOYEE BEREAVEMENT AND GRIEF

A perfect companion to the Workforce Capital Recovery Program Seminars, Grief in the Workplace is a “Solutions-First” leadership coaching publication that is provided in three parts. Part One consists of Chapter One through Chapter Four and affords the immediate guidance to an organizational leader who has current employee grief influences on the job. Right up front, these chapters present effective and successful leadership responses and actions that support the bereaved employee and the business. There is no need to skim through pages of cause and effect before coming to a solution for those with pressing grief issues. Once responses and actions are well in motion, however, the reader can, and should, move forward through the remainder of the book. Doing this, a wise leader will discover the preemptive means for reducing the potential adverse impacts of employee grief to the business in the future.
