R. Glenn Kelly (Ron) is a published author of grief support publications, a grief peer specialist, public speaker, and bereaved father. After losing his sixteen-year-old son and only child to Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, Ron authored his first of four books; Sometimes I Cry in the Shower. He has provided Keynote addresses or workshop presentations for numerous corporations, such as Delta Airlines, and non-profit bereavement support organizations, including The Bereaved Parents of the USA and The Compassionate Friends. He has discussed grief recovery as a noted grief support authority on numerous national, regional and cable television talk shows, radio programs, webinars/podcasts, and in newsprint articles. Ron has served as a National Board of Directors member for multiple national bereavement support organizations, a Board of Advisors member at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis, TN, and collaborated with multiple Fortune 100 companies in providing better support for bereaved employees.
