If you are grieving the loss of someone, you're bound to find some inspiration in this book. Some of the quotes in here are great for contemplation. Others are simply comforting. Overall, I recommend this book for anyone in the grieving process.

I opened this during a serious moment, and it touched surprisingly soothing. The day-to-day design, reflective prompts, and combination of quotes and journaling space form a regular rhythm, making it more comfortable to process feelings and move along one effortless step at a time.

Mr. Kelly was not only our speaker but he felt like one of our members. He is able to discuss grief from a personal stand point and intersperse the discussion with humor to lighten the mood when needed. Delta’s Wrenched Hearts will absolutely have Mr. Kelly back to speak.
R. Glenn has an effervescent personality and easily engages his audience. His passion is evident as he conveys his heartfelt knowledge to his listeners. He is an outgoing, friendly individual whom you will observe interacting with those in attendance between seminars. He has an amazing “stage presence”, which is vitally important as a speaker. I have worked personally with Ron at bereavement conferences and he is an asset to the bereavement community.
R. Glenn Kelly delivered one of the most impactful presentations our Rotary Club has ever hosted. His talk on Grief in the Workplace was both deeply compassionate and highly practical. R. Glenn gave our members real tools for supporting grieving colleagues while maintaining productivity and team morale. He spoke with honesty and humility and many members told me afterward that they now feel better equipped to recognize signs of grief in others and to respond with greater empathy and wisdom.
Frankly, we were all blown away by you. You are really good; very knowledgeable. Although I know you would have rather lived your whole life without gaining that knowledge, thank you for using your pain to help others.
